Back Acne

The back is a part of the body that produces much sebum. Therefore it is the part of body where acne appears most easily. Acne mostly appears on the opposite side of the chest and up from there, a part that is usually exposed when sporting the lingerie look. To alleviate back acne it is good to cleanse the area with warm water and then use a stronger type of soap. Use a long towel or scrubbing brush, and also try a deep cleanser once or twice a week, like the kind used for the face. Thoroughly apply body moisturizer after taking a shower or bath; a gel type is recommended. Stay away from strong scented colognes or greasy body creams, and women should be sure to take off their brassieres before going to bed.....

Cause Of Acne

So what's the real cause of acne?

Acne occurs when your body contains more toxics than your kidneys and bowels can remove. (Your kidneys and bowels are the two primary channels of elimination that your body expel toxics and waste products through.)

These toxics can be the accumulation of fat stored chemicals the liver can not wash out or there may be a problem with fat digestion, fat accumulation, food allergy, or even the accumulation of hormones that your body produces.

Once these toxics build up, your kidneys and bowels can get overloaded and clogged up, causing it to not function properly. When that happens some of the load will be dumped onto your liver. One of your liver's main roles is to metabolize pile up fat into usable energy for your body.
